LITTLE PEBBLES
Little Pebbles, for babies, pre-schoolers and their carers, meets every Tues from 10-11.30am during term-time in the Cottages.
JUNIOR CHURCH
Children – pre-schoolers and juniors – There are things to do in the children’s area each week in church. The next First Sunday Special is St Nicholas Toy Service on Sun 7th Dec (see Toy Service Donations).

ADVENT
… begins on Sun 30th Nov
Will Mary and Joseph visit your home this Advent? ‘Posada’ is a Christmas activity, where small versions of Mary and Joseph travel around different households in the community and stay there for one night. If you would like to host our mini Mary and Joseph for a night during Advent, please sign up on the sheet at the back of church.
ADVENT CAROL SERVICE
There will be an Advent Carol Service in St. Peter’s at 6pm on Sun 30th Nov. Do come along as we begin this season of waiting.
ADVENT COMPLINE & REFLECTIONS
There will be 4 special services of Compline, followed by refreshments and reflection, in the Church Cottages, from 7-8pm on Tuesday 2nd, 9th 16th and 23rd December.

CCP HAMPER SCAMPER
It’s time again for the annual Hamper Scamper appeal. There will be basket on the bench behind the font for special Christmas items. The usual basket for everyday items will remain in the porch. The hampers will be made up at the end of Nov by CCP but special Christmas items can still be donated throughout December.

COP 30 – UN Climate Change Conference

PARISH CAROL SINGING
Mon 22nd Dec, 6.30pm

SHOEBOX APPEAL UPDATE
Thanks to all who donated shoeboxes this year. Once they’ve arrived at their destinations, there will be a Shoebox Delivery Diary on the website (www.linktohope.co.uk), so you’ll be able to see what happened to your shoebox. More news in due course!


VOLUNTEER NEEDED PLEASE
We are looking for another volunteer to join our group of three to wash the Chalice cloths (purificators). We have a monthly rota which entails taking the cloths from the vestry after the Sunday service (or the following day), washing and ironing them to be returned the following Sunday.
