Little Pebbles, for babies, pre-schoolers and their carers, meets every Tues from 10-11.30am during term-time in the Cottages.

It’s time again for the annual Hamper Scamper appeal. There will be basket on the bench behind the font for special Christmas items. The usual basket for everyday items will remain in the porch. The hampers will be made up at the end of Nov by CCP but special Christmas items can still be donated throughout December.

Will Mary and Joseph visit your home this Advent? Posada is a Christmas activity, where small versions of Mary and Joseph travel around different households in the community and stay there for one night. If you would like to host our mini Mary and Joseph for a night during Advent, please sign up on the sheet at the back of church.

There will be an Advent Carol Service in St. Peter’s at 6pm on Sun 30th Nov. Do come along as we begin this season of waiting.

There will be 4 special services of Compline, followed by refreshments and reflection, in the Church Cottages, from 7-8pm on Tuesday 2nd, 9th 16th and 23rd December.

Churchyard Maintenance

Thanks to all who donated shoeboxes this year. Once they’ve arrived at their destinations, there will be a Shoebox Delivery Diary on the website (www.linktohope.co.uk), so you’ll be able to see what happened to your shoebox. More news in due course!

Revd Rob Atkin will be moving on from Emmanuel Network Church to undertake the next stage of his curacy at Holy Apostles Church. His final Sunday here will be 16-Nov ahead of joining Holy Apostles, under the supervision of Revd Ashley Collishaw, on 7-Dec. We give thanks for Rob’s ministry within the South Cheltenham Team and wish him, Becky and Lottie every blessing for this next season.

A chance for all who attend our youth activities and Churches (e.g. Tuesday youth, ENC Youth, Youth in a Pod, Boy’s Group, School CU groups, St Peter’s Choir) to gather for a fun weekend of building on friendships, making memories, and opportunities for worship & exploring faith together.
