Fairtrade Fortnight is a time when people across the UK will come together to celebrate fairer trade and support the farmers, workers and communities behind the products we rely on every day. YOUTH UPDATE
Abbie Marsh begins her training for ordained ministry at St. Mellitus College this month, and will therefore be stepping down from her role as our Youth Worker. The great news is that she won’t be leaving us! As part of her training, Abbie will volunteer for 2.5 days a week, which she will do with us as our Youth Worker.
This has meant looking at the shape of her role, which will include leading Tuesday Night Youth at Emmanuel, the weekly Christian Union at Leckhampton High School, and working as our Youth Worker on two Sundays each month. We will also continue to see her across the different churches throughout the year as she undertakes her ordination training.
Please keep Abbie in your prayers as she steps into this new season and begins her training for ordained ministry.
Regular Youth Groups will resume on Tue 8th Sep. Click here to see highlights from the Satellites Youth Camp last week!
